Imerisia: Properties in the Balkans are hot, Greece lacks the investor interest.

Recently the international investment company Global Finance announced it will invest 500 m. euro in real estate on Balkans and Ukraine. Last week the company stated it planned to build a mixed complex in the capital Sofia. The properties market development in Bulgaria and all the Balkans attracts many foreign investors including neighbors as Greece.

New Magazine Promotes Bulgaria in UK

Business A new magazine for the Bulgarian real estate market has seen daylight. Bulgarian Property Digest is a monthly subscription magazine and website aiming to give information to anyone interested in property purchase, life and tourism in Bulgaria. Each month, the magazine will feature articles on different aspects of the property market in Bulgaria, from off plan buying to renovations, residential advice from obtaining visas to buying a car, reviews of places, restaurants, bars etc., the editors promise. The magazine will also contain a classified section with adverts from local tradesmen, translators, developers etc, plus property for sale ads. The website will be updated weekly with latest offers and news from the property hotspots. The magazine is aimed to promote the Bulgarian real estate market mostly in the United Kingdom, the editors said in an interview for BTA. Bulgaria\'s reputation as a top real estate market has grown considerably in the UK over the last years.
